BOOT CAMP
You know the drill...anything goes in Boot Camp! Reap the benefits of this ultimate calorie-burning workout through challenging combination of cardiovascular drills and resistance training and much more!

BOXING
An aerobic workout that teaches basic boxing skills choreographed to energizing music. Be prepared to have fun and work hard!

COMBAT CARDIO
A non-stop, non-contact, choreographed cardio kickboxing work out set to popular music. Class ends with balance, abdominals, and flexibility. Fun and easy to follow.
           
INTERVAL TRAINING
A challenging cardiovascular workout consisting of choreographed combinations on and around the classic Step platform.

KICKBOXING
Sweat the calories, and let off some steam in this 60 minute punch and kick packed cardio class. Learn basic, and easy to follow punch and kick sequences that are guaranteed to make you sweat!

MAT PILATES
This class offers a combination of exercises that strengthen, balance, align and focus the body/mind to create a more powerful core. 

PUMP IT UP
Total body conditioning using weights, body bars and steps. Builds strength and endurance in the entire body.
           
TOTALLY SOAKED
This class utilizes punches and kicks from various martial arts disciplines in combinations, intense card intervals and strength conditioning. Build your strength and your confidence all in one action packed hour.

YOGA
This yoga class will focus on posture and the development of balance and alignment. Perfect for all levels, participants will experience both the fitness and deeply restorative benefits of yoga.
           
YOGA COMBO
Combines Yoga and Pilates to help strengthen your core and lower back with Pilates style exercises while you create flexibility and alignment through Yoga postures focusing on the breath. Benefits include stress reduction and overall flexibility.

ZEN-SPINN
Zen Spin,The perfect blend. The bringing of the heart, lungs and joints to a fluid effective flushing out with the spin bike as our foundation, 30 minutes on the cycle followed by a series of specifically designed yoga postures that will encourage the most out of the body, exiting the bike, 30 minutes of yoga, a complete and intelligent cool down for the full benefits.

EAT BootCamp w/Angelo P
AKA Extreme Athletic Training.
Reap the benefits of this ultimate calorie-burning workout! Angelo takes you through a fun and challenging combination of cardiovascular drills and resistance training using weights, medicine balls, jump ropes, and plyometrics.

THE EDGE
Taught by Fitness Guru Garret Warren.
An intense non-contact cardiovascular workout derived from classic boxing and kick-boxing training methods. The class integrates kicks, punches and blocks into high energy, athletic combinations.

 

BODY BOX
Taught by Joseph Ojomoh
Work on creating or enhancing your boxing skills. Great for cardio conditioning, as well as building strength and endurance through, boxing drills, shadow boxing, kickboxing, jump rope, and a variety of core strengthening exercises. Come with your gloves and wraps to participate.
